Our approach

Research data is sensitive — it contains your customers’ words, your team’s plans, and your competitive insight. Protecting it is a core part of how we build CustomerInterviews.AI. This page summarises the main measures we take; for how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

Encryption

• In transit. All traffic between your browser and the Service is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS).
• At rest. Customer data is stored on cloud infrastructure that encrypts data at rest.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor. Your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection — full card numbers are never stored on our servers.

Infrastructure and access

• The Service runs on established cloud infrastructure providers with strong physical and network security practices.
• Access to production systems and customer data is restricted to authorised personnel who need it to operate and support the Service, and is protected by authentication controls.
• We keep systems and dependencies updated and monitor the Service for errors and unusual activity.

Your account

• Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing — we never store or see your password in plain text.
• You control your research data: you can delete studies, participant data, or your entire account, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the Service, please tell us. Email hello@customerinterviews.ai with enough detail for us to reproduce the issue, and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and fix it before any public disclosure. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will respond as quickly as we can.
